Erin Manske, an associate with Big Picture Research and Consulting, is an expert in stakeholder engagement and facilitation. She challenges meeting participants to think more creatively, ask better questions, and get more good work done. She has facilitated impactful conversations in child welfare and juvenile justice with system stakeholders in sites across the country. It is Ms. Manske’s mission to help agencies align day to day practice and decision-making with their mission, effectively turning aspirations into achievable outcomes. Currently, Ms. Manske works on a number of juvenile justice projects focusing on reducing out-of-home placements, especially for young people of color, and she is the coordinator for all three of California’s Citizen Review Panels.
